CIPD level 3 is considered the basic level of qualification, and it is considered the easiest part among all the 3 levels Because it is designed for students who just started in the field and don't know anything. And also there is no previous experience required to enroll in it. However, students might find CIPD Assignments a little bit tough because of the structure of the course.
