Zelensky's Security Chief Who Questioned Intellectual Capacity Of Asians Now Mocks Chinese Diplomat Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council Secretary, Oleksiy Danilov, kicked off a diplomatic storm after insulting a senior Chinese diplomat. Speaking during a live interview, Danilov played on the similarity between the Chinese diplomat’s name and a Ukrainian swearword. Danilov said Beijing’s special representative on Eurasian affairs, Li Hui, cannot decide when Kyiv should sit down at the negotiating table with Moscow.
