Zelensky To Present Plan To Biden To End War | Russia Says It Won’t Take Ukraine’s Truce ‘Bait’ Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on August 27 that he would present a plan to US President Joe Biden on how he intends to end the war with Russia. Addressing the press, he said this month’s incursion into Russia’s Kursk region is part of a larger plan to end the war in his country. He will also present the plan to presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
