Ernst Julme, known as Ti Greg, was the head of Delmas 95, which is part of Jimmy "Barbecue" Cherizier's alliance of gangs. Julme, a member of gang leader "Barbeque" Cherizier's "Viv Ansanm" alliance, had recently escaped from Haiti's largest prison in a mass jailbreak. More than 33,000 people fled Port-au-Prince this month as the Haitian capital was overrun by well-armed gangs, the UN said.
