Ukraine To Get German "Frankenstein" Leopard Tank With Anti-Aircraft Missiles To Down Russian Drones Ukraine is set to receive a new "Frankenstein" air defence tank that merges Cold War chassis with an advanced anti-aircraft system. The new "Frankenstein" air defence tank is designed to shoot down Russian drones and missiles. German defence company Rheinmetall announced the novel design this week. The company plans to mount a Skyranger turret with a 35mm cannon onto a Leopard 1 chassis.
