Russian Footage Shows Purported Ukrainian Armoured Vehicles Being Destroyed in Kursk On 9th August, the Russian Defence Ministry released footage claiming to show Ukrainian armored vehicles being destroyed in the Kursk region. Russian troops are engaged in a major effort to repel Ukrainian forces on the fourth day of a significant cross-border incursion. The ministry stated that Russian military and border guards have blocked Ukrainian advances deeper into southwestern Russia. They are also attacking Ukrainian fighters advancing from Ukraine's Sumy region.
