Michael Maloof was reacting to a claim by Russian journalist Marat Khairullin that Kyiv was “preparing a nuclear false flag – an explosion of a dirty atomic bomb.” According to Khairullin, the attack would reportedly be launched on either the nuclear power plant in Zaporizhzhia or Kursk and Russia would be blamed.
