Russia "Foils" Ukraine Bid To Kill Military Officers With Parcel Bomb, Blow Up Sole Aircraft Carrier Russia’s FSB that it had prevented “terrorist attacks” against high-ranking Defense Ministry officials in Moscow on July 10. The FSB detained a suspect for allegedly planning to deliver three explosive devices to officers in the Defense Ministry in Moscow. The security service said the suspect sent the explosive devices to the residences of the officials via courier delivery. FSB also said it foiled an attack on the flagship Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier in northern Russia back in March. It said the Ukrainian armed forces contacted a Russian serving on the cruiser and instructed him to carry out the attack in exchange for a reward. Watch the video to find out more.
