Russia Accuses Ukrainian Troops Of Making Civilians Human Shields, Ukraine Destroys 3rd Kursk Bridge Russia has accused Ukrainian forces in Sudzha town of Kursk Region of using civilians including children, as human shields and killing them, as per TASS news agency. The accusations were made by Akhmat Special Forces Commander Major General Apty Alaudinov. He also pointed out that after the Ukrainian attack on the region began, there were still residents on the territory of the border areas.
