Putin Slams "Provocation" As Ukraine Raids Russia's Kursk | "Kyiv Has Opened Second Front In Africa" Russia's army chief Valery Gerasimov told President Putin that up to 1,000 Ukrainian troops took part in a cross-border attack on Kursk.
