"People Just Getting Away..." Phelps Slams WADA In Chinese Doping Scandal Testimony | Paris Olympics Multiple Olympic Gold medalist Michael Phelps ripped the WADA and accused them of inconsistent. He was testifying before a US House panel investigating alleged differences in the enforcement of anti-doping rules. Phelps, the most-decorated Olympian with 28 medals, was joined by fellow gold medalist Allison Schmitt and US Anti-Doping Agency CEO Travis Tygart. The athletes said that while they went to lengths in order to prove they competed fairly, the rules are not applied uniformly. Phelps and Schmitt pointed specifically to Russia and China as countries whose athletes are allegedly allowed to go around anti-doping rules application of anti-doping rules.
