One Killed, Three Injured In Explosion At Indigenous Blockade In Western Colombia On August 21, an explosion during a police operation to clear a highway in western Colombia killed one person and injured three. The Panamericana highway in Cajibio was blocked by indigenous protesters accusing the government of non-compliance. The explosive device is under investigation. Additionally, seven indigenous protesters were injured in the police operation.
