"Obama Bros" Target US President Over Debate Debacle, Biden Camp Lashes Out As Rift Rumours Build up Three former advisers to former President Barack Obama have taken aim at President Joe Biden after long standing rumors of tension between both camps. This is the first time that former Obama advisers are publicly targeting Biden after his dismal debate performance. Jon Favreau, Jon Lovett and Tommy Vietor, who were often referred to as the "Obama bros" during their tenure in the White House, dedicated a large part of their latest "Pod Save America" podcast episode and in that podcast, a large part if dedicated to ganging up against Biden. Biden lost his train of thought on multiple occasions both in the CNN hosted first presidential debate against Donald Trump and in a subsequent interview to ABC News which was meant to limit the damage. It ended up exacerbating it.
