Iran Says It Disabled Israeli Defence Systems Ahead Of Missile Attack, 'Destroyed Many F-35 Jets' An IRGC* general has said that Operation True Promise 2 was the “mapping of the fatal blows” that Iran “will later deal” to Israel. Brigadier General Ebrahim Jabbari said 90 percent of the missiles that Iran fired against Israel on October 1 successfully hit their targets. This was because of the simultaneous cyber and electronic warfare operations against Israeli air defense systems prior to the op, Jabbari said. The IRGC general said Iran’s missiles successfully hit key Israeli bases and and F-35 hangars, destroying a “remarkable number” of the jets. The IDF claims that while some of the Iranian missiles hit Israeli military bases, they caused no significant damage.
