Houthis Down Seventh US MQ-9 Reaper | Hezbollah Claims Several Israeli Troops Killed In Drone Attack Yemen's Houthis downed a US MQ-9 Reaper drone on August 4, saying the UAV* was conducting hostile activities in the skies over Saada province. Houthi’s spokesperson Yahya Saree noted that the drone was downed using a homegrown surface-to-air missile. Saree claimed the incident marked the seventh loss of an MQ-9 over Yemen since the Gaza war began in October 2023.
