Hamas Mocks “Delusional” Netanyahu As Israel PM Defends “War With Iran,” Urges Arms At US Congress Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed a joint session of Congress on July 24 amid the ongoing war in Gaza. Addressing a joint session of Congress for the fourth time in his career, Netanyahu said “Israel will fight until we destroy Hamas’s military capabilities.” Netanyahu also laid out his plans for the post-war Gaza, saying “new Gaza could emerge” after the war is over. Netanyahu vowed during his fiery speech to Congress that he "will not rest until all" the hostages have been returned home. A large number of anti-Israel protests took place across the US during Netanyahu’s visit.
