Hamas Commander Planning “Immediate Attack” Killed In Tulkarm, Iraqi Resistance Drone Attacks Israel On October 3, at least 18 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli strike on the Tulkarm refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, marking the deadliest incident in the region since 2000. The Israeli military claimed the operation targeted top Hamas commander Zahi Yaser Abd al-Razeq Oufi, who was allegedly planning an imminent terror attack. Oufi was reported to have facilitated weapon provision to other operatives involved in attacks against Israel. The Palestinian presidency condemned the strike, asserting it would lead to further violence rather than security.Additionally, the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) confirmed the death of Hamas official Rawhi Mushtaha, who was linked to the group’s leadership and operations. Mushtaha had played a key role in the October 7 invasion of southern Israel and was targeted in an earlier airstrike alongside other Hamas officials. In a separate development, Iraqi resistance fighters conducted a drone strike on an Israeli target using advanced kamikaze drones, indicating an escalation in the use of sophisticated weaponry in the ongoing conflict. The Islamic Resistance stated its intention to intensify these operations against Israeli strongholds.
