The ongoing violence in Bangladesh has killed at least 115 people so far, according to an AFP count of victims reported by police and hospitals. At least 300 Bangladeshi police officers were reportedly injured during the July 19 clashes with protesters at multiple locations in Dhaka, as per the police. Meanwhile, Protesters in the Bangladeshi district of Narsingdi stormed a jail on July 19 and freed over 850 inmates before setting fire to the facility, Reuters reported.
